Genesis 14:2 The King of Amorah (Gomorrah) in the War of the Kings.
The name may have been derived from Ben Rasha (בן רשע), "son of wickedness", though this sounds like a commentator's wishful thinking , as so often (Gesenius, on this occasion); an actor or singer might choose the stage-name "Bad Boy", but not a king; unless, of course, it was someone else's attribution: King X the Wicked. But in all likelihood his name was really Birsha and we just have no idea what it means.
