Guni

גוני

Genesis 46:24 names him as a son of Naphtali (cf Numbers 26:48). His brothers were Yachtse-El (יחצאל) Yetser (יצר) and Shilem (שלם).
1 Chronicles 5:15 has a Guni in the tribe of Gad at the time of Shelomoh (Solomon); 5:16 tells us that "they lived in Gil'ad, in Bashan and in its towns, and in all the pasture lands of Sharon, as far as their borders." Gil'ad and Bashan place them firmly on the Golan Heights, but Sharon is generally reckoned to be the coastal strip between today's Tel Aviv and Haifa.

The name means "painted with colours". What does that signify? Tatooing probably.
